Looks like you have a broad scope of what this development on the site may look like, what is your overall program look like up close, in the small cluster and larger massing on the back end? how does your concept and thesis formulate your program and massings...and then subsequently on your site? You might look at zoning your program overall from an arial view onthe site in terms of what RUKO's you are doing...if its commercial, industrial, residential, and their relationship to one another. Then you can move in closer to the programs of each one specifically, since it looks like they will have a specific module that you will repeat.
yo - i did a little research last night and found a project you might want to take a look at - it is by un studio (van berkel and bos) in almere netherlands. its called "water villas" i think its probably right up your alley - something to really look at for the overall site plan and some programming elements.
