Building Program Analysis(in progress)

The new building programs will be based on the survey of the demographic population and other important statistic in Jakarta.

Based on 2006 Survey

In 2006, There were 47.706 persons who have social welfare problem. Proximately 22,44%(10,703 persons) were categorized as neglected elderly, the number of disable were 10193 (21.37%) The elderly institutions were about 5 units with capacity of 780 persons.

Demoraphics are good- are you planning to do a land use plan to define the major areas of circulation/suggeston. One question in the fiures is are these numbers in english units or a commonly recognized unit?

I think when you count humans, it pretty universal units my friend.

1 indonesian person = 1 english person. etc. I hope this help

I like the idea of studying demographics to start your program analysis. Are you planning to use this data to make your housing low income/transient/temporary/etc. if that is what the market seems to bear?
